Beards used to be so cool. Beards still are cool. You know what ruined beards? Women's rights.
Women's rights brought about the idea that women could choose what they're attracted to. Gone are the days of the 1800s when no matter how AWESOME a man's beard was, his woman just had to deal with it.
You know why women had to deal with it? Because love was a relationship between a man and a woman's father. Part of that interaction was the father approving of the man's wealth. But a much BIGGER part of that interaction was the father approving of the man's beard. That's because men think beards are cool. That's why back then you could bone the hottest girl in town and still have a beard. It's because the only person you had to attract was the hottest girl's father.
Men used to be so imba. It reminds me of StarCraft back in the day. Do you remember when Terran's used to go one base dropships and it was actually viable?
One base dropships was cool. One base dropships still are cool. Do you know what ruined dropships? Protoss and Zerg balance consideration in maps.
Chef is one of the best posters on this forum. My friend tried to grow a beard. It stopped growing as fast after 0.5 cm or so, so he just shaved it, and went back to normal. T'was a sad day.

Holy fuck! The beard cage is about the most awesome thing I've ever seen. I wish I could have one. I'd also consider a beard-a-clava but I'm guessing it might be hard to maintain a beard that you'd grown up and over your own head.

Since I hate shaving, I regularly just take a 0 blade haircut shaver and run it over my face. It's much faster and easier. And the only reason I shave anyways is because if I don't my face will get itchy and I tend to break out easier (make's sense). So I have a permanent 5 o clock shadow most of the time.

I keep thinking of doing different facial hair pic blog thing. I try so many different facial hair configs. Nothing like the guys that compete in beard and stache contest though.
