The Service is for personal and non-commercial residential use only. Comcast may also provide versions of the Service with different speed and data consumption limitations, among other characteristics, subject to applicable Service plans. Bolded the important part. We will pretty much never terminate service if it's a first offense... maybe send an angry letter/e-mail/phone call telling you never to do it again, but that'd be it.

Then my mom thought changing to sympatico would be better. The limits 20 gb a month, and if I go even a gb over, they charge an extra 30$. WTF?!
