So I woke up this morning at 6am because I was going to take the SAT for the second time today. TBH I hadn't prepared that well and I was a little nervous going in. My mom decided to be nice and drive me to school so I ended up getting there like 45 minutes early. I sat down, sharpened my #2 pencils and once everybody had arrived, started the test. To my surprise I found it very easy. Everybody else was like "omg the math was so hard" or "omg the critical reading passage didn't make sense" but I finished with enough time to check every single answer for all 10 sections. I'm a little worried because every time I think a test is really easy I always ended up failing it... Since we had just spent like 4 hours doing an exam, I, along with 3 of my friends, decided to hit Shibuya and try the windows 7 burger. One of my buddies dropped out because he had a photo shoot (and models can't afford to eat this kind of food) to go to. And then there were 3. Another friend pussied out and just ordered a normal whopper. So one of my friends and I coughed up the 1450 yen for the burger and a drink and took on the challenge. The first thing that struck me about the burger was its size. Obviously, the thing was a monster. And it weighed a ton. I can't believe all that weight is in my stomach right now... Eating it was horrible. First of all, the 7 patties were really dry and tasteless processed beef. Second, there wasn't enough sauce or toppings. It was just a couple of tomatoes, onions, and pickles with some lettuce (the amount you'd get in a normal whopper). So it tasted really bad. I'm not a serious eater or anything so I ate it way too slowly and ended up getting full halfway through. It took me like an hour to finish it while my friend finished his in less than 30 minutes (he was really hungry). I have a couple of pics on my phone and my friend has a couple of pics on his phone. I'm gonna go sleep (and hopefully digest some of that burger) so I'll upload the pictures later and hopefully steal my friend's pictures when he uploads them on facebook.
Man, I have trouble with double whoppers being dry and hard to eat... Why would you do this to yourself? Does it have anything to do with it being a windows burger?
Congrats on finishing it, personally I wouldn't do it, that's way too much beef for me, just looking at it turns me away. Can't believe you finished it after you said the meat was all dry and tasteless.
Bah,you're a fucken pansy! Right after finishing the HSC (which I imagine is sort of the equivalent of SAT's) me and a bunch of mates felt like celebrating. We went to the nearest hungry Jacks and ordered Octo-whoppers. That's right motherfuckers, 2 bland bits of sesame seed implanted dough, some bacon and barbeque sauce cowering atop 8 layers of beef each sandwiched between 2 slices of grease and oil soaking cheese.
The first one of us who balled up and approached the counter to explain our most otherwordly order ('an octowhopper, a whopper with 8 meat slices, you know') when prompted with what other goods he would like to order responded "oh, a diet coke. I don't want to get fat".
A few weeks ago i went out for indian food and was determined to finish two large entrees + a bunch of naan + mango lassi by myself because I was starving and it was my bday. I was able to accomplish my goal, but afterwords my stomach was so expanded I looked/felt pregnant so I pretty much had to go throw up some of it in the bathroom to prevent injury lol. Yea so useless haha...
oh did you get a prize or anything for finishing your burger?
The burgers I ate in random diners in the US were the best tasting. Out of fast food chains, burger king is probably the best around here, but only because the alternative is macdonalds.
How did you bite into that? Or is it smaller than it looks in the picture?
