Latency issue

Hey all, I've been having an odd issue with my latency while trying to create or join games on iCCup and my PvPGN server.

For some odd reason, I always receive the message "Latency is too high" when in the side bar I have either a yellow or green indicator.

I have forwarded ports 6112-6119 both TCP and UDP. Wired ethernet connection.

Any other ideas?

It was already turned off beforehand.

Alright, a small update. I decided to see what would happen if I went ahead and turned on my firewall and manually allowed the ports clearance. To my surprise, on iCCup I am now able to join any game, but I still have the problem on iCCup and PvPGN of not being able to create games without lag.

For example, I created a game on iccup and tried to get another iccup account in here (both are able to join other games), but I received a message saying "latency was too high" (I have also done this on my PvPGN where my /p usually says 0 or 1 for the client, and 6 or 7 for another client.
