I love iCCup, I was having withdrawals when season reset, it's amazing. And I must love the admins too, yes... but yeah question -_-

I hope this doesn't sound provoking or offensive, and I got over it but I'm still curious:
I know you guys do a LOT of work (although I don't know the details, but obviously you guys do based on how nice the server itself is), but why is it that if I ask a specific question to most of the Ladder admins, they all tell me to ask the head-admin, and if I whisper the head-admins (uhh they told me to try cheloman and mai-k) they're afk, so I PM them on the site and they never respond. If I post on the technical forums section the forum mods tell me to talk to ladder admins and the cycle is repeated -_-;
So the MAIN question is:
Do you guys ignore questions that aren't being worth answered? Or are you guys really THAT busy to not answer one question that I asked to at least 6 different admins? I think one admin did give me a "no" as an answer to my question through in-game chat but NONE of the higher admins gave me ANY response. I mean at least give me a yes or a no? >_> My question was : If I accidentally cleared my stats (believe it or not, it was an accident), is it possible to recover it?
Instead of giving me a direct answer, admins instead only asked what my actual record and stats were(as if this was what judged if my stats were recoverable or not), and didn't answer my initial question.
Anyway... yeah it's a new season and honestly my stats weren't great at all (it was 12-4 D+ but I wanted to hit C- with a better record than my other account which was lousy like 30-20, NOT that C- is any big accomplishment in general, it's just a personal goal ._.) so I'm completely over the topic I was having issues with. I'm just upset NO ONE bothered to answer my question or even pretend to hear me -_- And I can promise to anyone I was polite in my process of addressing my questions to the admins. I thanked each and every one of them after they redirected me, although the results afterwards failed.
Blahhh whatever. This isn't what I planned to type but it came out as a really long rant >_> I hope it's not too whiney or offensive.. I just want to hear that you guys really ARE busy and not ignoring questions D:
Keep up the good work anyhow~ I love the new things on the site~

obsessed: I accidentally transferred my own stats to the wrong account (well, the wrong way around) as I was jsut into D+ with a good record a long time ago and I couldn't get them back I will maybe include that question in one of the interviews as a bonus question at the end or a survery even though I could answer it myself pretty confidently now.
Good job though - looking for some specific questions targetted at certain admins too n_n hopefully I can convince unk to participate as I imagine we will all get a good laugh

Thanks for answering~ sharing YOUR personal experiences as well makes me feel a lot more comfortable talking to admins, unlike other sites where they're practically robots..

I know I am not 2easy but lemme answer them for you;
1) I don't think we take wrong decisions about complaints. Our ladder admin team is well dedicated to their jobs and well trained for every kind of situations. But still if you don't agree with the decision of an admin, you can always have an option to make complaint on forums about that admin and their decision.
2) With the start of new season, unlucky but we have had some problems in the system that affected most of our players recently, we have had lots of complaints in the last couple days about some system bugs and that. But it has been fixed by our developers a day ago. We are working as much as we can but you have to understand the situation and delay on solving complaints recently. We are not slacking, it was just spam of complaints in a short period of time/start of a new season
Just be patient.

deL, from personal experience, the iCCup admins have been very thoughtful and understanding. The few I actually know are cool people. Maybe a few random incidents have given them a bad rap, but all-in-all, they're legitimately good guys (and gals) just trying to do their job, which just happens to be sorting through the mounds of bullshit that we give them (complaints and the like). I've never been an iCCup admin, but it seems like a really tough and time-consuming job...
