That umlub website is a medical university which also offers cheap studies for foreigners. No offense, but a white person is probably richer thus will probably choose some better university. Consequenty they photoshopped a black dude there to promote it among poor americans.

I worked at a BIG company, that happens to have a famous black person in nearly all their ads. These ads dont work not, only in Poand. But also in Germany, Czech Republic and China (guess what, there are few black people in China too). It might be hard for you to understand, but there are countries where there are barely any black people.

If they are concerned about the target why didnt they took another picture? Nobody whould be laughing or bothering if they actually took another picture. And there is a white woman, an asian guy and a black man. That picture surely has a message, photoshoping any of them out is a big capital FAIL

Doesnt matter if there are few or many black, or chinesse, or latin or any race doing any job. We all could do any job, and hiding that is being racist. We really need to stop doing things like that.

I agree with you that putting a black man on every add is a way of racism too.
