if external screen works: check your bios settings, maybe something was altered there and prevents proper communication to your screen (so it could be just a BIOS problem) else: if you still have warranty for it i recommend NOT TO repair it yourself since your warranty might go void by doing it yourself(so send it in), else if warranty doesnt matter, get a screwdriver, open your notebook(carefully you dont want to loose any screws/parts, remember or write down which stuff you removed from where), and check whether the cord from your screen probably connects to the graphics card/motherboard(depends on your comps board setup)... so i cant really help you fix it, but you might get a clue where the problem originates from gl | ||

My soluton? I usually just power off my laptop and reboot it again after 3-4 hours, and it always work. Sure, it sound stupid but hey, it doesnt kill to try. | ||

Sure, it sound stupid but hey, it doesnt kill to try. then yourn problem is most likely your hard-disk is overheating, you should check whether your notebooks cooling openings are not blocked(like for example notebook with cooling openenings at bottom on clothes/body when using as laptop, happened to me a lot), since your notebook doesnt work as long as your hard-disk has a too high/dangerous temperature(1 of my towers once went into hiatus for 3 days, thought it was gone forever, but it also was an overheating issue(here it was cpu though)) | ||
