RenSC2 United States1082 Posts September 24 2012 20:30 GMT #4 Normally I'd bet ESF Koreans over Kespa, but MLG has a pretty weak (relatively speaking) SC2 Korean lineup. I'm thinking the Kespa pros have already caught up and in many cases surpassed the foreign scene. So this may be the first real Kespa win in Kespa vs the world battles.

setzer United States3284 Posts September 24 2012 20:58 GMT #9 Just like against ESF players the only foreign MLG player in the tournament that has any realisitic shot of doing anything noteworthy is going to be Stephano. With the majority of spots going to mediocre NA players, I don't see KeSPA suffering many losses (depends on how the handle the lag factor, something they are not used to). The biggest threat to KeSPA players will be from the other Koreans, but as been shown in every league or tournament, the odds are no longer in their favor.

Kespa players are going to stomp overall but I would not be at all surprised if MC or Alive ended up winning. I assume they are going to divide the first round so it's only Kespa vs non-Kespa right? I fully expect like 20 of the Kespa players to make it through the first round.
