Dongraegu is very good against Terran, but he has faltered a bit lately, losing to MarineKing and Supernova. Happy is 13-2 against Zerg, though one of those two losses was against Dongraegu (the other to Nestea). Since Dongraegu usually likes to play for the macro game, I think that will benefit Happy since Happy has, presumably, been practicing mech play with MVP.

Sure Happy has excelent stats against Zs, but not against good Zs. His last couple of wins are against Line, Losira and Coca. All three have terrible ZvT. He does have a Bo1 win against Leenock but have lost to NesTea and DRG. The only time Happy's met DRG it was about as onesided as a ZvT can be...
