Cause I just don't know whether I should post after a few days and it's just annoying to you because you would have put the results in anyway, just later. It's just that I like to check the TLPD index a day after every tourney to see how it changes and stuff, but sometimes I get the impression one day no one cares about certain tourneys, the other day the same tournament franchise is put in instantly. But how can you compare players if you don't take every tournament into account, only some? It's unfair and not representing. If you just take a long time updating (like weeks) it's all fine sry. I just don't want some players not getting credit for their wins. Of course we try to put them in ASAP, but "right away" is not always possible. I personally don't do much in the international section, but I think that Craft Cup and Go4Sc2 take more time because you have to get all the replays individually to get map data.

In that case, feel free to post about it in here - we may have it on our to-do list already or we may have just glossed over it, so it can't help to chime in. Cups such as Go4SC2 and CraftCup we are busy getting fully up to date at the moment, we will be there soon! The Go4SC2 american cups I just got in this weekend and that's where all of my efforts were focused, so some other cups may be a week or so behind. edit: As Antoine said, we are also dependent on player/organizer uploaded replays for map information when inputting these games so for some cups there is a built in delay until the replays are available for us to add the games.

There are a few exceptions. Some players are in the international DB despite having no games because they carried over from the beta DB, and even fewer have been added just in anticipation of future prowess (i.e. Grubby).

For example: http://www.teamliquid.net/tlpd/players/kespa_ranking.php?section=korean&year=2003&month=9&action=Update If you click "SUMA Greatest Ones" beside Xellos's name, it links to... team 4, MBC. So the numbers should be updated. Also, Entus never has its CJ phase shown for some strange reason?

Problem A: A lot of 2v2 maps aren't showing up. Seongangil, Hannibal, and Hwangsanbul are missing (but Hunters is still there). All of the maps appear in search results, but only under VODs or games--they don't apear in any search results for maps. When you click on the map name, you get an error page. For example, this is what happens with Seongangil (possibly my favorite map of all time): Appears in search When you click on it, seems to be non-existing However, individual matches on the map still appear. Searching the BW map index has no results Hannibal, Hwangsanbul, and Seongangil are all the same like this. The next level of missing 2v2 maps occurs for Vampire, Chariots of Fire, Iron Curtain, The Huntress, and possibly others. They do not appear in map results, and only a tiny number of games appear for those maps (3 for vampire, and 1 for Chariots of Fire and Iron Curtain). This suggests that the games have been disappearing from TLPD. In fact, the only reason I noticed that at all, was in trying to find all of the maps in the first category (with Seongangil, Hannibal, etc.). The TLPD entry for 2007 Shinhan Bank Proleague Round 1 doesn't list any 2v2 maps at all in it's map pool. Fortunately, Carnac's thread on it tells me that Chariots of fire and DMZ are the official maps, and also that DMZ was replaced with Vampire a few weeks into the season because it was godawful. In the case of DMZ, I know for a fact that TLPD used to have games listed for it. I remember looking some up after Manifesto7's final edit Celestial Terrain mentioned 3 of the worst maps of all time. DMZ has vanished entirely from TLPD. It does not appear in searches, and it has no games listed for it. This is the next level of missing maps, they are completely, 100% gone. DMZ, MangWul, and probably others that I've never heard of aren't there at all. They have vanished from the TLPD, and will probably vanish from our memory, if they have not already. List of maps that I know are missing (links go to liquipedia if available):
List of maps that I don't know are missing: -Any 2v2 maps from 2005 SKY Proleague Round 1 and Round 2. The TLPD entries for those leagues show a map pool of 4 maps, I think all of which are 1v1 maps. This doesn't seem right to me, but I have no evidence. -Mercury Zero. I only found a mention of this map in Emlary's recap of SKY Proleague 2005. It's possible that there's another name for it that is listed. Problem B: There seems to be a systemic problem with BW progamers who have switched to SC2. For example, Boxer's page lists his team history as starting for Ideal Space, switcing to Orion, then a team with a blank entry, which shows up as "Joined on October 2006", then joined SlayerS Clan. I'm 90% sure that the entry with a blank team entry lines up with his entering Air Force ACE, but the last entry should be his rejoining SK T1, rather than SlayerS Clan, because the timelines don't match up. Also, NaDa's broodwar page shows him changing to the Old Generation Starcrafters team on January 2004, instead of WeMade Fox. JulyZerg is listed as joining StarTale in April of '08 instead of STX Soul. IdrA's listing says "Started his career for eSTRO", then the next line is "Joined on September 2008", where it should obviously say CJ Entus (His international BW entry says the same thing). PuMa apparently joined Team SCV Life on December 2009, about three months before the sc2 beta was released. Based on what I see, I think that TLPD has a problem that occurs to every broodwar player that switched to SC2 that also has a team history entry in their TLPD page. Tester doesn't have this problem, because his 'Main Info' tab in BW TLPD doesn't list any team changes, so there isn't a team history entry. Maybe it would help to have an entry to team history that says "Switched to Starcraft 2 on <DATE>, for team <TEAM>". I think it would be helpful to people looking up player history anyway.

Well, his ID on BNet is NEXtaeja. I've played against him on ladder and I hang out in NEX's channel. He's on the clan NEX, but on the team ZeNEX (which is a combination of players from two clans: NEX and Zenith). ZeNEX exists because sponsors did not think either individual clan was strong enough to warrant a team, but with the top players of both put together, they felt it was worthy.
