But it all depends on just how much they would be motivated. If they would be lazy, they only ban people on sight. But if it stops or at least limits the amount of threads such as http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=126748 that are being created on what seems like an almost half hour basis then by all means please, please, release it.
