The id Thorzain sounded new school to me and I was actually surprised he's 20 years old as I imagined him being younger =p
Because of this I was very pleasantly surprised by his very nice interview and he seems to be a nice guy.
I think Cloud played poorly just attacking into siege lines over and over while Thorzain played a solid good respectable style. In the finals I was very, very pleased by the build in the first game and got my hopes up for getting another mech hero to steal builds from but he switched to (his old) bio style and I can understand that you go with something else after that first game.
However I hope to see more mech games and a big good luck in the future!

It's too bad he's not a protoss player. He could use cannons and play his old Human style...

Congratulations Thorzain!
Yeah . I hope there are more zerg invites to balance out the race distribution . Hoping for some JulyZerg action ... After all the years of entertainment he brought us it's about time the foreign community pays back to him with an invite to this tournament .

I too would like to see some Zerg's make it. Gogo Ciara and MorroW! And from the U.S it would be nice to see Sheth, machine and perhaps rigid take a spot !
Grats to Thorzain, never even heard of you I'll be cheering for any swede obviously so you have my support!
Now I just really want to see Incontrol make it... Do it inc!!!

I look at that list and im terrified. Strelok, Kiwikaki, Darkfroce, Sjow and Morrow are below the cutting line, which is just crazy for me, we're talking about possibly the best US server Protoss, possibly the best EU server terran, and the 2 best eu zergs (if we exclude dimaga due to his ban). And my favorite of them all, the Ukrainian beast, mouz.Strelok.

Good interviewer is that Thorzain. Good luck Thorz.

I second that ahah. But yeah, so many great players are on the cusp of qualification. The next few weeks are going to be intense, especially with the release of invited Zerg and Terran players. TSL is gonna rock!

Thorzain is really good, I was cheering for him in the finals! Nice write-up I definitely like the addition of the ladder scenarios, brings up a worthwhile discussion.

While nobody would deny that winning a TL Open is easy with this type of field
maybe you should do a poll about that.. :D
also, great write-up and interview
congratz to thorzain!

Great writeup and interview. I really enjoyed the part talking about the points cutoff and the threats to win in the coming weeks. Hope this continues and looking forward to this weekends qualifier

It would be actually funny now, if TLO would get eliminated =P

If this continue, we will have a TSL 3 without any zergs players, except for invited players... That's really sad, really really sad.

this write up was very enjoyable to read, thanks plexa!
