As we can see she’s the worst hero released in ages. I recommend the following changes.
Because her weapon is so long, her AA range should be increased to 3 and every third basic attack swing should be a lunge for 3.7.
Remove slow from wind up and actually increase speed by 30%. Double the damage on her charge abilities for each hero hit and reset the cd and remove the charge time if she hits more than 3 heroes.
Increase her mount speed after bubble hearth to 250%
Keep her melee hit secured while charging, for balance purposes, but allow her to melee attack while moving while not charging.
Double her run speed after successfully leaping onto an enemy.
Give her armor after landing a successful swing equal to the number of players hit for 4 seconds.
Have successful full charge ally heals increase their run speed and armor for 3 seconds.
There that should do it. Oh and give her a talent that allows her to blink on a short timer on the 1 key.

Why?
Also, you don't really justify your recommended modifications.

I was hoping someone would get the joke. The forums are erupting in complaints and only have very few counter threads. All heroes don’t have to be given all the tools of the badass kits that many heroes have been getting lately.

I agree with the sense that Yrel is the first hero released in some time that doesn't just seem like an auto-pick p2w hero upon release. I'm only a QuickMatch pleb, but seeing Yrel in a game doesn't seem daunting at all, unlike seeing Junkrat, Hanzo, Fenix, etc early in their releases.

Spamming Maiev upon release was the most fun i had in hots, ever. In an evil, dirty way, but it felt so good. 5-6 nerfs later, i m still playin her

The problem with latest hero designs (at least for me), is that they are heroes that are fun to play with, but not fun to play against. Everyone loves diving in with genji 1v5, snap of that low healer in the backline and zip out again with the reset. Feels awesome, I get it. But for the 5 players of the opposing team it is not fun at all. Of course, losing is only rarely fun, but there is a losing and there is losing, where you feel cheated.
That being said, it seems that the more edgy an assasin is, the more popular she is. I quite frequently play QM (support most of the times) and it is not rare to see that all the other heroes are Maiev, Junkrat, Tracer, Valla, Jaina etc. So maybe people don't get as much enjoyment from playing heroes that are not as flashy, thus justifying Blizzards hero design?
@Topic: I haven't played Yrel myself, but playing with her and against her, I like seeing a hero that is based more in timing and decision making than execution.
