i hope i dont overreact since i already pmed liquid'meat about this
the problem: mayn users cant access teamliquid.net since april 1st.
first i thought it was ajoke, today april 2nd i thought the server is down, now i used a proxy and can access the site...
so something obviously changed, preventing some users from accessing tlnet, please try to fix this asap

You can also try to access it from behind a free proxy of some sort. In SA we have tons of dns issues, so I often use that.

i just switched to opendns work now, the proxy stuff i knew of because else iwouldntz have been able to post :p (many thanks anyways though)
big thx MasterOfChaos for bringing temporarily order to the interwebz

We moved the domain to another registrar, but the previous one also hosted the DNS. Quickly after the domain got moved the DNS service was disabled on the old registrar. The settings / domain stuff got fixed yesterday but some isp's take a bit longer to update their dns servers.

i was really wondering wtf was going on for a little while. so i just have to wait for a few days for the isps to correct themselves and everything will be working fine?

Thank you SOOOOOO MUCH. The hosts file fix worked like a charm. I don't know what I would do without my daily fix of TL!

Yeah, kind of off and on since last night.

Our provider is having DNS issues again, I'm considering running our own DNS so at least if the DNS goes down TL will be down anyway so it wouldn't matter .

go to C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc open the hosts file with an editor of your choice and add the the lines posted in the op. save the file (can be a bit tricky because you have to save it without file extension).
