Cream of Brocoli and cheddar Soup
Ingredients
Chicken Stock
Carrots
Celery
Onion
Brocoli
Cheddar cheese
35% cream
Salt and Pepper to taste
Procedure
1. Add chicken stock to pot, add in desired level of water bring to a boil.
2. Cut the onion, celery, broccoli and carrot into smaller pieces, add to the water.
3. when the vegetables are all soft, add in your cream, then puree
4. add pureed soup back to stove, add in your cheese, salt and pepper, then let reduce by 1/3rd
5. Enjoy

Practical Korean 7: Numbers I

I'm not Korean. I have no Korean blood. I cannot speak Korean fluently. In fact I've only been in Korea for 3 months. So don't go apeshit if I use a ㅔ instead of ㅐ or I offend anyone's acute nationalistic feelings. Rest assured though that I will not teach anything without being 100% that it's right.
Note on Romanization:
(Romanization is where the Korean is phonetically translated into English)
I hate Romanization and I strongly suggest any serious learners of Korean not to use it. It's just for the newbies. The problem with it is that different English speakers will pronounce the syllables differently and on an international forum like this, it's impossible for me to be accurate with it. There are different variations of Romanization and below I do my own version.

So we can all say 'BEER PLEASE' in a rather primitive fashion. This week, I wanted to teach you how to order multiples of things. (E.g. 'three beers please'). But then I realised we needed to learn some numbers first...So this week we're just going to look at them.
In Korean, there are two number systems (pretty gay). Both sets can only be used in their particular situations and can rarely be interchanged (ㅠㅠ). Today we'll look at the set of numbers for talking about physical objects. (So important things like, no. of beer/soju bottles, plates of food, no. of seige tanks, SCVs on gas, korean sluts in a club etc. All these (with a slight extra) use what is called the 'Pure Korean' number system.
LUCKILY! I think most of you already know how to count up to 3!

To make this really digestable, the beginners try just memorising the first 5..
1 하나 (hana)
2 둘 (tul)
3 셋 (set)
4 넷 (net)
5 다섯 (tah-seot)
Now as practice, every time you watch a VOD, say the numbers with the fangirls. (And keep going to 5/10). The keen ones can study the rest:
