The much anticipated Old VOD Night is just a few hours away from starting, and boy do we have a show for you! We've collected a variety of classic old games which have mostly been forgotten about or have flown completely under the radar. It is also a time for a lot of the newer members on the site to get a history lesson and experience what Brood War use to be like. Rest assured, you will be entertained! All these games are incredibly action packed and you should enjoy them immensely.
Unfortunately, seeing as these are prerecorded VODs the stream quality will probably be lower than what we usually do on TL because we can't improve the quality of the source material  . Nevertheless, the clarity is enough so that you should be able to make out all the of the important details. Myself and thedeadhaji will be hosting the event and giving you the context from which these games came from and enlightening you with our nostalgious thoughts about years gone by.
What games are going to be shown?
Game 1: ArtOfTerran vs July on Requiem
Game 2: Cloud vs Chojja on Incubus 2004
Game 3: Rainbow vs Midas on Tucson
Game 4: Goodfriend vs Shark on Sin Pioneer Period
Game 5: XellOs vs YellOw on Guillotene
Game 6: Boxer vs Iloveoov on Requiem
Game 7: Reach vs Sigamari on Guillotene
Game 8: YellOw vs NaDa on Rush Hour
If you were listening to the Xmas Liquibition cast you would know what two of the VODs are being shown today so feel free to say them in this thread. There are 8 games in total and we have roughly 2 hours of VOD play time, so expect this cast to be about 2 hours and 30mins long so budget accordingly!

I suppose this could sound stupid, but it's first time I want to watch the live stream here on tl.com and I have no idea where exactly to find the link after timer runs out - is it going to be in some special part/here in the news thread or on the green bar instead of timer?
Clarification would be nice

good idea's from tl, old style BW is so much more dynamic and strategic imo than this modern crap.
Bet there will be a oov vs reach game

From somebody who has probably been around for a handful of these games:
I thank you greatly for a chance to go back and relive Starcraft from a time where no matter how few units were out on the map, it was still going to be an exciting game.
I can't wait for this stuff :D

One of the best event so far! I'll be here waiting, thank you so much for this! I am sure to know what i say when i say that TL is undoubtedly one of the best, if not even, the best gaming community out there in the web.
