In the broadcast, plexa said that game 8 took place during the snickers all star, but a look in the TLPD shows that there is another rush hour game they played. Did they play each other twice on rush hour? I'm sorta confused.

YellOw is distance mining by using the overlord to pick the drone after it harvests. NaDa has 1 marine, 1 medic and a vessel with no irradiate.

But! NaDa has been mining with 2 scvs like at 3 o clock or so, he makes a wraith and kills yellows drone mining the main if i remember correctly, or returning from mining the natural.

The other drone is mining the natural but NaDa places his marine just on the ledge, stims and kills it before YellOw notices to pull it back.

Overall NaDa goes from 1 marine and 1 vessel vs 1 defiler and 4 lurks to shutting yellow in like 10 seconds

Actually he killed the drone with his one marine from highground before his wraith could arrive on scene

Ya. Snickers took ages to complete and it had multiple rounds iirc. The games listed in TLPD are the finals whereas the game shown was from group play. I've been too lazy to find all the results for snickers and put them into TLPD t_T

Some really awesome games in this pack. I remember all but the one with Chojja vs Cloud.

As for the epicness of Nada vs Yellow as opposed to Savior vs TT or Savior vs Free. The savior vs free game doesn't even come in the same league, it wasn't exiting in any way. Savior had lost the game even before the base trading and he didn't get back into it at any point, just ran around with a few units.

The Savior vs TT game was more special for me than Nada vs Yellow though because until the very end you absolutely thought Savior would lose. I remember thinking yeah that was a nice manuever but it won't make you win serveral times in that vod and then at the end as the pylon was finally destroyed the crowd and commentators went from super hyped to absolutely quiet until that victory screen came up and the commentators went absolutely berserk. That moment was the most epic single moment for me. The game didn't mean much and I allready thought it was over but the point of realisation when the victory screen popped up was so epic.

The Nada vs Yellow game was epic in itself because it was so extremely even for so long and there were some WTF moments when swarms came up perfectly or the wraith coming in to save the day. Also you had a feeling that the game didn't matter much since it was a showmatch and they were laughing and so on.

I guess it's up to what you prefer. Watching a drawn out drama that may end up going either way or being totaly flabbergasted by an unlikely surprise. I prefer the latter so I like the Savior TT game better.
