Basically, there are times when they are very good and should be used.. but you can't break static with them - it's just impossible. If you swarm and try to attack cannons, he'll just storm inside the swarm or send in some zealots, if you attack cannons straight up he'll just storm and you'll die. Dropping with them sucks too, they take forever to destroy things compared to lings. They can be awesome as a containing unit or in certain situations, but in a longer game (which I think you implied by saying upgraded hydras) they just get worse and worse and worse.. | ||
