It was very passive from both players, Ty went 3 command centers pretty quick, scanned and saw late Colo tech, got some vikings and bio and just pushed out and killed Best, who had just started his third base.

I'm standing outside the kespa stadium and they're not letting ppl in. There's like over 600 ppl waiting outside and were all in the cold. I don't understand any Korean and I know the game started already. What's going on??

Nothing that much convincing imo. TY went for fast triple CC and Best didn't scout it and didn't go for a fast aggression. TY scouted colo tech at the right moment and didn't do any notable mistake so he can easily win with his superior economy.

Whenever I watch Rain's PvP, I feel that once both players are on 3 base, he almost always wins.

literally same builds......basically whoever has more collosi is the winner.
Will HoTS change this?

It appears that in HotS, whoever has more voidrays is the winner. So, expect to see a lot of blue lasers instead of the red ones you're seeing right now.
