If you can say that out of 10 times your 15 cc will work 8 times without having early game issues and thus usually putting you in an advantageous position over your opponent, do it. The 2 times might be one losing immediately and one time being either on even ground or behind. I think its still reasonable to do without scouting. Same goes for nexus first etc. The risk/reward ratio for that matter (in my opinion) is not worth being less greedy.
Fair enough but you would think that at least he'll try to end his losing streak before doing a 15cc lol.

you guys think you got problems? Flash, Fantasy, Best and Jaedong are all losing and on top of that, I'm like -30 in anti XD

this build is of the highest metagame
but the execution is still sloppy... lol. its still even bases though so the terran is kind of ahead
s2 has infestors though, very smart
not gonna work i think... both players now in the lategame and z is gonna have an advantage maybe....... cure wasted his early eco advantage. and now faces a strong infestor ling bling composition ... with ultras out soon!
cure has a lot of army but doesn't have super good upgrades and invested into so many helions early on but Didn't go mech so he doesn't have blue flame and also has late tanks,
both players maxed and omg s2 attacks and with nice fungals manages to take out most of cure's army. cure was totally unprepared for the ultralisks.... lol
but a nice drop take out all the drones at the 3rd and cure is on 4 base so this game is still on!

omg double drop from cure but his army is still unable to push far forward , s2 has really good creep spread and now BROODLORDS!@!! are out
somehow AGAIN cure is unprepared for the tech switch and has no vikings,
cure is just running around with some units,,, s2 doesn't have the best economy lololol
nvm s2 has the gold and the unstoppable 200/200 maxed zerg army of ultra broodlord bling ling with 2 infestors.
and cure has like 27 scvs

Turns out parking medvacs over a creep tumor is never a good idea.
So S2 can win or lose this game, such a hard choice to make.
