(Lesotho is extremely mountainous and one of the very few places in Africa where snow falls decently regularly in the winter. I suppose there is snow on Mt. Kilimanjaro as well, but I wasn't up to a snowball fight at that altitude. Plus it was -1 Fahrenheit and I didn't have nearly good enough gloves ).
