
Here is how I did it.
1. Use these settings.

2. Set FPS to 25.00 & Resolution to what your actual screen resolution is. You may have people suggest that for 1Mbps upload use 480p. It's not the case, if you're computer can handle it then go for your actual resolution, hey it worked for me right?

Finally here is my speed test result and a video of my stream in action with these settings. I really hope this works for you guys as it's really improved my stream quality, I just thought I would share it with you

EDIT: I know the video can get a little blurry at times when the screen moves and/or there is an engagement. But that's the best quality i can get it seems, but still for 1.0Mbps upload, i think my quality is very good
