After transferring into SK Telecom T1, for his first game in Proleague in his new team, Zerg Lee Yae Hoon (Sacsri) showed play above expectations and created trouble by winning against Lee Shin Hyung (Bogus) of STX SouL. Normally known as Jung Myung Hoon’s (Fantasy) practice partner, Sacsri seemed like he would lose against Bogus’ army moved up to the 3rd expo, but afterwards he responded calmly and took the game.
He made a mistake of forgetting adrenal glands but Sacsri’s concentration was more than enough to beat Bogus and now has great expectations for SKT, a team with a weak zerg line. Soon in their next match against Samsung KHAN, he says that if he plays against TurN that he will beat him.
Q. This is your first win after your SK Telecom transfer. Sacsri – I wanted to play since the beginning of the season but our Protoss and Terran players were so strong that it greatly reduced our Zerg entry chances. Also that Uh Yoon Soo (n.Die_soO) and Park Jae Hyuk (Hyuk) were holding the line as key players so it seemed I would not get a chance. Especially when Bang Tae Soo (Alone) played and won, I was so envious. Our team’s zerg record wasn’t that good, so I feel happy because I supported my team in some way.
Q. They say your style and SK Telecom T1 Zergs styles are different, what is the difference? Sacsri – The other Zerg players have a strong aggressive play style but I put defense first and counter style. I am a type attached to a more management style.
Q. Today’s game went into a late game, your concentration was excellent. Sacsri – I had a strategy prepared but I could not use it because it was cross positions. So I used a management style that I help practice against Fantasy. When the Marine-Medic attack arrived at 11 and went up the hill, I thought ‘I did so good during practice, am I going to lose like this’.
Q. In the past you said you had confidence in your ZvP, is it still the same. Sacsri – Due to the nature of the races I said I was confident in ZvP, but after arriving in SK Telecom their protoss players were so good that I began to feel discouraged. So now I’m more confident in my ZvT.
Q. Did you know you missed your Adrenal Glands upgrade? Sacsri – I did not know. After I won my teammates told me I forgot to research it. If I knew about my upgrade status it would have been slightly easier to play.
Q. We heard Samsung Khan’s Lee Young Han (Shine) and Shin No Yeol (RorO) cheered you on. (Previously from disbanded Wemade FOX, theme song plug + Show Spoiler +
plug
) Sacsri – When I prepared for the 1st set, the two sunbaes cheered for me. I was so thankful but I thought I would lose concentration so I was sorry I could not respond to them.
Q. Your next match is against Samsung KHAN. Do you want to play against Shine or RorO? Sacsri – I do not. If I’m going to play I want to meet someone else. If I had to choose I would like to play TurN. I think that if I just block his attacks that I could win, I want to play him once.
Q. After today’s game the fans' expectations have risen. Sacsri – Because I performed beyond expectations in my first game, the bar has been raised. It’s slightly pressuring, but I will try my best to meet their expectations. My mother told me that if I get to play to tell her but I could not tell her. In the past if I told her I would play and lose, if I did not say anything I would win. I think it is because I develop pressure from the expectations when I tell her about my matches.

Haha, with Best now being a PvZ beast, I can only imagine how hard practicing ZvP must be.
No adrenal, no problem.
I wanna see Turn vs a very defensive Zerg. Probably gonna be a nail-biting game!
Ha I knew he forgot adrenal, still he played an amazing game and didn't crack under the intense pressure that Bogus threw at him(despite forgetting crack ofcourse) but his defiler useage was sublime.
hmm hopefully Sacsri can consistently perform at that level, then we can have a decent Zerg on our team, or even if just a decent ZvT specialist, that ll open up our options a lot.
And of course, thanks a lot for the translation <3 much appreciated.
To be fair adrenal is not nearly as important vs bio than is it vs metal or in zvp. Still, that was a surprisingly good performance, he got to hive flawlessly and kept his shit together in late game. Yay for new zerg talent I say.
This was a pleasant surprise You know what they say about diamonds forming under pressure though; Sacsri's in a good environment to develop as a player.
the WMF song so sick , someone make a new team and bring nada back ;;
Even tho i wanted stx to win, im happy for Sacsri but at the same time i feel bad for bogus losing too many games, like a post i read in that LR, looks like everyone plays the game of their lives vs bogus xd

Thus in conclusion, SK Telecom don't have good terran players

I always thought the reason for the SKT Zerg curse was because of Bisu. While they all have decent TvZ because Fanta's TvZ was always lollllllllllll, and then the only other player they have is Ssak who is equally lollllllllllllllll.
