Taeja: If i lose, Boxer-hyung will be eliminated, i play with a 'MUST WIN' mindset. Congrats Boxer-hyung entering Code S, and hoping he will get a good result in Code S.
Boxer: Must thank Taeja very much. After the win against Cezanne, Taeja will be in Code A, but he still play his very best in the last match for me. Luckily got him, i can have a good new year. I will treat him nicer in the future. I never knew (laughs), but after seeing him play so much for the team today, really have to thank him. I will take care of him in the future.
Taeja: I will work hard to Code S from Code A and will try to avoid the Up/Down match. I must thank my parents and my elder brother for all the support. It's unfortunate i can't enter Code S but i will try my best to enter next time.
Q: After 6-long season and you finally back to Code S, anything to say?
B: After i got my 3rd victory in the group stage, i though it's impossible for me to enter Code S by myself because asd has won me. At that time i just knew that i eliminated Taeja myself. Really sorry, and very sad. To tell the truth, It's really hard to hide my feeling at that moment.
B: Truthfully speaking, my urge to entering Code S in not enough. I faced many challenges in real life and i can't concentrate in my training. Before the match, i only think about not letting the viewer to see a 'down' side of me.
B: But what i'm surprised about is that the 1st and 2nd game worked really well for me, did a lot of good decision. The feelings feel a lot better than before. I am really sorry because i play with this kind of attitude (don't have the urge to win) and entering Code S. To all my teammates and fans, sorry.
Q: What's the problem that caused you can't concentrate in training?
B: Some sponsorship problem, and hostel problem. MMA is playing in the Final, my mother is going for a surgery, these caused me can't fully concentrate in my training. I only can play like i am laddering during the match today. Even though i play a fairly good match today, but with this kind of attitude, i think i have break the professional's etiquette.
Q: You lose to MarineKing during the Code A ro24, and thus can't enter Code S directly.
B: I have a lot of bad memory playing on that map. (T/N: i think is Dual Sight) Against MarineKing as well. Really sad.
B: Before the match, i discussed a lot with Ryu (Boxer's coach) on that map. Clide even performed MarineKing's build on that map during my training but in the end, i still lose, that makes me very guilty. My originally plan's is 3 base BC, and i believed if i reached this stage during the game, i won't lose.
B: When i lost that game, i felt like kinda ripped apart. After that match, i will try to played a lot better. During that game, MarineKing like to engage 1st, and i played abit passive, that cost me the game.
Q: Is it feel very bad during all these empty month? (T/N: Boxer been out of GSL quite a while.)
B: It's tiring after returning from oversea tournament, but what's more tiring is that my heart's feeling. I think about my past, feeling regret about it. I stay awake almost every night for about 9 months.
B: Not feeling well, and because of that, i ate a lot and become fatter. When i move to the new hostel, i will try to re-adapt my current lifestyle for the preparation of next year tournament.
Q: Looking back on previous Code S match, any comment, especially MMA.
B: Looking MMA played so well make me feels a bit successful. During the Blizzard Cup final, we get the Most Popular Team awards, MMA becoming champion, makes me feels that forming the SlayerS team is the right decision.
B: I hoping that there will be a lots of player with a high popularity as I am, and hoping one of the player is MMA. A high numbers of high popularity players will make eSports more popular, isnt it?
Q: What do you think about yourself entering Code S again?
B: I think my level now comparing to the level of Code S isn't that large in different. So, i will work harder than anyone else. i don't feel quite nervous in today's match. The fear entering GSL is also started fading away, so i'm confident that i can a good result based on my level in the the next Code S.
Q: You should have set a goal in Code S.
B: My goal now is not ranking, but is to work harder so that i can be recognized as a Code S player. If i got the skill, i can become the regulars in Code S (laughs). Becoming champion is my goal in every tournament, even if i don't say it, everyone should have known it.
