ReIGN is pleased to announce that Woo "Inori" Min Gyu from FXOpen e-Sports has joined our team roster.
Both ReIGN and FXO have been in discussion since last month to negotiate the transfer of the Protoss player to ReIGN. This week the details of the trade were finally completed and Inori will now begin playing under the ReIGN banner.
Inori will be the second Korean player to travel to the USA and train in ReIGN's team house. He is slated to arrive sometime next year after proper arrangements are made for his travel and residency in the US.
ReIGN would like to thank FXO for granting us the opportunity to add another premier and hard working Korean player to our roster.
Please join us in welcoming Inori to Team ReIGN.

That's pretty cool, Inori gave a great account for himself in his NA adventures but he's probably not consistently good enough to be one of the top players on FXO.
Great signing for Reign, he'll be an awesome practice partner and can hopefully turn in some nice results in the future too.
Nice to see a (seemingly) standard player transaction happening too after so much dramalama lately.

Congratulations Inori! It's great to see that although it is hard to make waves in Korea, there is still a chance for talented players abroad.
After the PvP beating of MC in IPL, I wondered how long it would be before Inori got picked up. I just hope he can improve his PvZ - he looked hopeless vs Stephano. Although I guess most Protoss players look hopeless vs Stephano ^_^
EDIT: Replaced Spanishiwa with Stephano. Honestly, I know my EU Zergs!

Any infos on the future team house ? 4 months is a short time to set up such a project but I would hope you could tell us a bit more about this. I doubt Inori would come to the US without the certainty to be lodged.
Edit for the guy above me : Spanishiwa =/= Stephano

The house is up and running, though there are still a few things missing. Spades and Artist are training there already, with other players due to arrive after MLG Providence. You'll start to see the house on stream this month, and a full tour of the house should be released sometime in December by IGN.

IGN showed us their latest design late last week. They didn't mention it in the schedule they gave us, but I'd imagine it will be launched this month with some of the other stuff they're working on.

I hope FXO is still committed to sc2; this isn't particularly based on anything, but it seems they've been fading a bit recently in terms of visibility. I suppose it's largely due to the majority of their players now being korean. Maybe I just haven't been paying attention though.

FXOBoss was the public face and he apparently is quite sick from what I read a little while ago and as a result FXOEsports is in a bit of a transition period. Last I heard, the BoD for FXOpen decided esports isn't worth investing all the money they had been investing previously. So they decided to cut back a little bit. Not stop but just a little less.
Also, since FXOBoss has been quiet we havent been getting all the updates we normally do. QXC is also finishing his last year of school so hes not on the scene as much as he was in the summer and when we see them televised its mainly the korean team.

That's just Perfect.

Sick pickup! Inori is a beast! Best of luck guys!

This is actually really awesome. I thought that he would've gotten a lot more attention since ipl, so this is kinda what i expected!
