Some surprising names there, but the championship is still up in the air imo - anyone could take this.

Sen and Nada are probably the favorites but even they lost some series in group play.

Hopefully Welmu, elfi, or seiplo make it far. Would be nice to see some new toss!

This is sort of OT but I don't understand why ASUS does their own tournament (and does it on a Thursday-Friday) when they could really get a lot more bang for their buck if they sponsored MLG or GSL or another established tournament.

Fine idea, lets just only have MLG and GSL from now on.

Agreed, it's nice to see large tournaments in Europe. Additionally, they could be trying to expand their European market. Maybe they don't get as many viewers as they would in MLG or GSL, but ultimately their trying to promote their brand and generate revenue, not attract sheer viewers.

Nothing against Jimpo but I really don't see him dropping that series (and thus losing the pool) if he was in his prime condition.

The stream is going to start in about 2hours, then you have to go with the scedule. 1hour warm up, and 1 hour for every block of games. Found different times on sites, hope for official stream list to be published

Best respond someone could have given. Seriously, WTF is up with people nowadays? We can't be happy for any tournament that has no Koreans or isn't MLG or GSL.

Today's matches look sick. Can't wait to see how this plays out.

No reason why Assembly can't be a regular feature on its own through out the year, with a pretty sweet prize pool and a relatively sick lineup.

But it pains me to see Dimaga vs TLO & Sen vs Stephano occurring this early =/

Underwhelming Ro16 but totally worth it since it should provide an easy path to an epic Sen vs Nada final to watch when I wake up.
