I think he would just crush MLG as well if he particepated. And maybe he should be in GSL as wel... Maybe one day when they increase the prize pool and/or make it easier to qualify from the open bracket.

Great win for him today though.

So yeah, might have not been equal spectator areas to MLG or NASL, but people were enthusiastic and loud while watching the games. A shame that it did not carry over the stream.

I hope he would join Whitera and Dimaga and travel to MLG and DreamHacks. Brat_OK seems to always have VISA problems, he missed Dreamhack Winter because of it for instance.

Still, skill like this in Finnish tournament, about frakkin' time! As in, finally we're able to see epic games of sc2 live without the need to go abroad.

Yes, I agree that the place for group stages were too small, and the place too often so packed that a lot of people probably went to watch the stream instead to their computers. However in the mainstage there were seats deployed for about 200 spectators atleast, while people dragged their own seats to make it even higher. And people were watching and cheering from the stands, one of the visitors even turned three monitors to face the stage and audience to sho the "DIMAGA" text spread over the monitors. So yeah, might have not been equal spectator areas to MLG or NASL, but people were enthusiastic and loud while watching the games. A shame that it did not carry over the stream. Yes, there were actually a few areas around the arena that were also showing the stream (as well as many people watching at their byoc places). ASSEMBLY is definitely going in the right direction with esports (winter assembly is essentially just lan+tournaments) but they still have a ways to go in terms of making it more spectator friendly. ASUS / SETT / peliliiga / ASSEMBLY did a VERY good job of getting casters into the ASUS ROG tournament (5 different languages, 6 streams and one of Europe's best casting duos live). Next step is to make the tournaments more watchable for people at the lan (show more than just the finals on the main stage and use the big screen to show even more games). For anyone attending - don't forget that the SAMSUNG WCG Finnish SC2 championship tournament is today as well! (I'm predicting Elfi based on his showing in the ROG tournament). SETT.fi/tv should be streaming it (I don't think there's tournament page for it on TL).
