How does it feel to win?
I played in the first set and then got to watch the games after that. When we went to the ace decision match and emerge victorious after a close struggle, I was extremely happy. I'm relieved because it looks like we just overcame a great trial.
Your gameplay was extremely good.
That's because I had a build order advantage. Normally when I play against Terran and make a mistake, I'm put into a bad situation or even lose. During this game, I was comforted by the fact that even if I made a mistake, I would be on an even playing field at worse, and still manage to emerge victorious. I think my opponent became a bit more impatient because of that.
Where you affected by your elimination from the MSL?
Rather than the elimination, what affected me more was the fact that I forgot to research Psionic Storm. But now I accepted that making a mistake is a part of skill and accept my loss. I hope time flows by faster so I could play in the elimination rounds again. My elimination back then didn't affect today's game.
You looked like you were going to play in the Ace decision match.
It wasn't easy to even practice one match. I concentrated on practicing for the first set so my victory would be certain.

Just watching Zerg versus Zerg gives me the chills, and I think it'll be worse for the person playing the match. I was really impressed, and I'm always relieved I play Protoss since they always play such a nerve-wrecking mirror match (laugh)
The hope for Samsung's postseason continues on.
Next Tuesday we have a match against Ace. Ace has a pretty good momentum lately so I don't think we can let our guard down, and I think for our team to win, I have to absolutely win the match that I am sent out on.
Is there anything you want to say?
I'm thankful to my teammates who asked me first to practice even though they (T/N: or I) were eliminated in the preliminaries.

How does it feel to win two games in one day?
I think it's been a really long time since I won two games, and the difference between winning two games and losing two games is like the chasm between the sky and the earth. It made me realize how special a victory is.
You played a really great match on set 4.
There wasn't a moment I thought I was behind during set 4. I saw my opponent produce Queens, and if it was any other player they may have been nervous, but at least on our team, Jihyun hyung has been experimenting with stuff like this for about two to three years so I didn't have any problems. I knew how to deal with them quite well so I laughed the moment I saw queens.
What's your secret to dealing with them?
The key point was going towards a more defensive play the moment I saw Queens while I was on the offensive. I produced Drones and prepared Hydras. The second I saw Queens, I was preparing for a halfway battle, but my opponent started attacking me first.
The Lurkers really stood out.
It wasn't a showmanship, but a strategy in order to win. I think you may be able to see a Hydra-Lurker battle in one or two years. I want to show everyone more entertaining Zerg versus Zerg matches from now on. From now on I want to try different kinds of strategies in Zerg matches and I want to be person to lead that trend.
Your Zerg matchup seems to have improved.
I think my intuition in the Zerg Matchup improved. I think I know what my opponent will do and get one or two steps ahead of them. I think today's victory will be a source of confidence in my Zerg matchup in the future.
ZerO came out in the Ace Decision match.
I was expecting free, so when I saw Zero I thought the player with the better condition would win.
You have a Starleague game soon.
I feel good being able to play against strong players and I will need to prepare diligently starting today.
Is there anything you want to say?
I was able to spend this week feeling very well so I'm happy. Right now the only thing I'm thinking about is Samsung making it into the postseason, so I hope the fans will expect a lot of things from us. Then I will pay them back with really awesome matches.
