Hey Ladies and Gentlemen,
first of all: please excuse my bad english and before my text starts if have to say. That this site really rocks. I spend so much time here, browsing everything, just readin you guys in the forums and watch the gosu Livecasts and VODs - place of heaven.
I got a beta Key a while ago and started playing the game. Since i am a bw/sc oldschooler (i play and watch the scene since '98/99) i thought that it is MY time to give something back to the community. My Heros in this particular case were Day[9] - <3 u sooo much, HDStarcraft and Husky who really really do an amazing job for all of us. So i started a Youtube Channel, especially for the german guys, because there are not very much german casts - and even fewer in full HD Quality. This all happened a month ago. And now i just wanted to let you know as well. Maybe there are some People interested in this Channel/livestream. Maybe so Staff Guys from Tournaments read this, that i can make some Coverage for the german audience from Pro US Tournaments as well. In the last 4 weeks already a small community started to built, and for german circumstances it is not that small :p - i get a lot of good feedback and hope to find some guys who like it, watch it, support it or invite me to tournamtes to cover them in my "German Hamburg Slang" :D
So i hope you dont see this as a stupid advertisement, because this is not my intention. I just want to give something back for the last 12 years of Starcraft. Even some Blizzard employees gave me their (positive) feedback. And if you see my channel and the 76 casted games all in full HD you see, this is hard work =D

I know him.
He indeed is a pretty good caster and knows what he's talking about and I would aswell appreciate if I can get hands on good german casts from US-Tournaments 'n stuff. It wouldn't give me a hard time listening to english casts though.
Kudos for him doing this and: give him a chance!

good to have someone deliver to the german community - even if i hate the abbreviations and acronyms in the german scene.
in fantasy and scifi, this language always makes the "hellforged hammer of total domination" sound like "gummibear pogo stick" to me.
but hey, good for the community, good for the game, good for us all.

looks not good, in just the first part of the game you say boxer went 14 pool 15 hatch, which isn't even true, boxer went hatch first and the way you mixes english names with german is

I really like your videos, very entertaining and authentic 
I dont think that denglisch is avoidable since the basic language is german but all the terms are english, and using the translations would sound unprofessional.
So anyways, great work HomerJ, looking forward to more casts

mh I just watched that Flash vs Kenshin game.
First of all there's about a 0.000000000000000000000001% chance that that's the real flash.
Secondly Harald Juhnke is dead, so I dont think he's gonna sue you.
Other than that you have a very good commentating voice and are ...good at talking as silly as that sounds, but from someones who's apparently played sc for 12 years it was sad to see that there was absolutely 0 strategical analysis and basically nothing but play by play.
For me personally you have just a little bit too much energy but that's subjective and others might like you for that. Overall I definitely like you better than the current ESL sc2 commentators.
oh and sick game btw., flash style TvP ftw.

i like your commentary and i find it awesome that you made it to TL casts.
i would just have one wish for your commentary : focus on overall game analysis and not that much on commenting single happenings. i know its funny and especially in german you are doing a great job but i think with a bit of a focus change more on strategy and tactics commentary your work would be greatly improved.
regradless of that i will watch all your stuff since you are one of the best german commentaries online atm
/ da mein english zu schlecht ist um dir zu verdeutlichen was ich sagen wollte :
du kannst total toll kommentieren wenn nen zealot gegen zwei zerglings kämpft und jeden special move einzeln aber zu der tactic 10 gate oder 4 gate push kommt nichts und das finde ich ein wenig schade.
die deutsche community schaut so extrem viel englishe caster das es schade ist das einer von den guten die eine gute stimme und verständlichkeit und humor haben sich nicht so sehr um taktik und strategie kümmert. wenn du das ändern könntest würde es deine casts auf eine ebene mit husky und HD heben und ein gutes stück in richtung day9.
ich wünsche dir alles gute bei weiteren casten.

this is awesome. please please do it. :D he is like the last action hero of commentary and it can only help you seriously.
/ you said you want to spare the tactical analysis for your tactical casts BUT i really think that even your normal game casts could use a little more of that.

I recently contacted him - and he will take a close look at the upcoming invitational. So i hope that he will be on board So i keep working on that.
Concerning the "lack of tacticts" you are defently right. I have to work on that issue. But i will do my best to get rid of that problem. Maybe the Tacticspecial on youtube will be the first step in that direction. So please keep a critical eye on my cast as well as an entertaining

i recently watched the youtube video of your cast from the jinro vs spux game ( g113) and i have to say that i somehow feel like you have improved a bit in this cast if it comes to explaination and stuff or just mentioning. when you explained what unit counters what unit in jinro's and spux' army that was reaaaally great imho. clean explainations like this a little from normal trash talk and you are on a really good way imho

great that you noticed it. I reallys try to improve. So this is a good feedback to see where i am at right now. Tonight will be the CraftCup EU from 19:00 CET and tomorrow i will livestream for 14 Hours! First ESL - GO4SC2 from 14:00 CET and then the CraftCup US starting at 21:00 CET
Hamburg btw, is small as hell. Even the World is small as hell - as we just see ^^. There will defenetly be some time to drink one

make sure you upload the stuff you are doing today and tomorrow because i dont know if i can tune in because of watching over my 1 month old daughter the whole night (and playing sc2 while she sleeps >,<)
i would love to critize your commentaries in a constructive way further on so keep improving, i think a lot of german players are really looking forward to your casts because it still is a difference if you hear something in english or in your mother tongue especially if the level is high and it would be awesome to have a good german commentary.
and you can do It \0/ :=)
just show a bit more of the huge knowledge you can pull out of your ass like in the jinro vs spux match. its just awesome.
