[Interview] OSL Ro16 Day 1

- You won your first game in this OSL
▲ I am happy earned my first win today as it feels like it's been a while since I won something in individual leagues. Since I won my first game, I will try my best to win my second and third game so I can get to RO8.

- You already have a 7 Win Streak in TvZ (Sanctioned Games Only)
▲ At my current state, I think I can beat any zerg opponent. My current goal in progaming is to beat iloveoov's record and I wish I can accomplish this by winning the next 12 games.

- You have an undesirable relationship with Kwanro
▲ I still do have feelings of revenge against him. However I still don't think I will be satisfied until Kwanro drops the RO16. The reason for this is because he beat me and I dropped MSL last season.

- You won the game with a very sharp timing rush
▲ It was an interesting game. My original game plan was to be aggressive with my MnM, however Kwanro didn't even scout with his drone trying to play greedy, so I played greedy too. Because I had enough resources I knew even if my first attack failed I was confident to take this game later on, but the attack went better than expected so I was able to win the game.

- Since you're confident with your TvZ, you should be relaxed there are alot of Zergs in RO16
▲ The maps are not good for TvZ, especially El Nino. I practiced alot on El Nino and it was very difficult for a terran to play against zerg. However even if I lose, I will not blame the maps for my losses. Instead, I will improve my skill on these maps and become a player who can leap over map imbalances.

- Who is your most difficult opponent in this OSL?
▲ In my honest opinion, any protoss player is a threat to me. No matter when or where I meet the protoss it will be a very hard MU for me regardless. This season's goal for me is Seed. I will prepare builds one step by step and make great matches. But if I do get to the finals, everything will change.

- Do you feel like your TvP is not up to par with your other MUs?
▲ These days I feel like my TvZ improved greatly but my TvP is a bit worse. So I think I should start refining my TvP alot more. However that does not mean I am unconfident with TvP, but compared to my TvT and TvZ it isn't too great, which is why I want to improve it alot more

- Last words
▲ My parents always renew my Buddhist Rosary for me when we meet. My parents are very close with a Buddhist Priest and he always renews my Rosary and I think thanks to him my results are getting much better. I really want to thank him.

- This is your first win in the OSL
▲ I was very happy that I was able to show everything I prepared today. After winning today, all the faces of my zerg practice partners and my bad memories of my TvZ flashed before my eyes. I will not get arrogant because I won my first game, and try to get to the RO8 as cleanly as possible.

- We can tell that your Bionic Play got much better
▲ During offseason I practiced my TvZ very hard but today was the only day I was able to show it properly. I am very satisfied with the results

- Due to your Sub-Par Bionic play, your TvZ did not have a proper assessment
▲ Whenever I heard stuff like that it made me really sad. For a player to win, is it really that important what kind of playstyle they choose? However I did not play Bionic today to send a message to everyone, rather on this map Bionic Play is far superior than Mech.

- You haven't been playing in Proleague for a while, so it must've been easy to prepare for this
▲ My proleague entries actually came before the Individual League schedules so I am not so sure myself. However my coach might of predicted this and sent me earlier in proleague (laughs). Since I had no proleague games I did have an easy time preparing for this game.

- Since there are alot of zergs you can use this to your advantage
▲ Although a 3 Zerg group is very difficult, I think if I eventually do break out of this group I can get confidence that no one else can get. As long as I can get through RO16 I have a feeling that I could get farther.

- It is time for you to win a title
▲ At the beginning of every season I have the confidence to win, but then I lose at the most unexpected places. So this season I will prepare everything perfecting and win. If I do get to the finals this season I believe I can win.

▲ After the games ended yesterday it was a small break, but I would like to thank all my teammates who stayed with me and practiced.
