We know for a fact either Caller or MTF is mafia. This is why:
1) The 2 mafia families are working together. Evident especially in Day 3, with 100% Blue deaths. This could only happen if the mafia families coordinated their hits together. Otherwise 1 family would have targetted blues and the other would have hit other people. So information is being shared. Therefore we can also conclude that the 2 families know each others members. Evidence is in Day 2 with the Lucheese killing 5 Yamaguchi's.

2) Night 1, 4/5 bg's die. Some of them could have only been found out by being told the role (bumatlarge). Since either MTF or Caller is mafia, this is a smart move. Why? The guilty one can just say "why would i kill my own bg's if was mafia, i'd be opening myself up! lol!" The innocent one has no choice to tell the truth and say he wouldn't kill his own bg's either, especially since he's not mafia. By killing off the bg's early, the mafia also make it easy for them to kill the last bg + our mayor or pardoner whenever they feel like it. It is of mafia advantage to kill the bg's to take out town structure + sow distrust in an innocent person who is in charge.
