It's because you manage to respond to a positive and funny thread in such a negative and selfserving "look at how much I'm not impressed" kind of way.
Claiming something to be unoriginal is so trivial that you'd wonder why one would bother to type it out, let alone defend it.
So the problem is not whether your claim is factually correct or not, just that there's no substance to be had, leaving people to conclude that you're only posting about this negative triviality because you think your opinion is more important to everyone else on TL than enjoying faceswaps. I wasn't trying to be offensive, I was attempting to explain why people were ticked off by your post. When you look at what negative domino- effect it had on this thread and how easy it would have been to refrain from posting it, it would go a long way in keeping TL threads positive, content-rich and on-topic.
