I can respect that Kespa doesn't want to open the can of worms which is referee looking at the game itself and deciding on a game by game basis. How can you guarantee a neutral referee decision?
Assuming you do not want to look at each situation separately, but just want to make the same rule for all situations, then requiring "pp" and referee pause is the best way to do it. It's a shame Killer had to forfeit his game in this way, but it's the rules and a well known rule at that.

probably has to do with all the wrist problems he's been having and was told these little things might help him.
This question is answered everytime he's doing it. It want everything exactly like he is used to it. Don't want to feel uncomfortable with his stuff. He was doing that before is wrist injury already.
