Comparing one of the most memorable PvP matches to arguably one of the worst I've ever seen in SC2 is a great argument.
There's good PvPs and there's bad PvPs. It was so in SC:BW it is so in SC2.

And that was incredibly fun and interesting to watch. This is why we need knowledgeable casters, apparently if this shit isn't pointed out to viewers then it flies right over their heads. There was a LOT going on there, boring was the last word I would use to describe that game.

I don't play protoss nor do i even find protoss fun to play but I thoroughly enjoyed the game on entombed.

Well you have to appreciate it for different reasons. It is good for the same reasons that the Flash v Jaedong bo5s were really, really good even though they had a lot of cheese and stuff.
I find the mind games and very subtle decision making great to see. Obviously a lot of people won't like it but w/e
