For those who didnt have time to see it, the bulletin was actually explaining to newer players that with incursion came new tutorial agents that teach some fundemental pvp tactics, and that these special agents gave away very good faction rewards. To find them you have to idle around in the belts of amamake/tama/rancer copyright for the idea to serg. | ||
