I think the bug only works after you've done a mission with research points then before you start another campaign mission just replay liberation day to get more credits. So like if you just beat char you got research points to redeem i'm just guessing the check for it is triggered after you start another story mission.

So what you do is load your game, go to the bridge and hit the mission archives console. Choose the mission you want and beat it quickly on casual and you'll get your money when you go back to the ship and go to the laboratory research console. Then when you are buying your upgrades, save the game before you buy the upgrades so that after you buy the upgrades and get an achievement, you can reload the game and buy the other set of upgrades, etc.

So you got through the game and max your protoss and zerg tech then replay missions collect relics and resell them after you've maxed your tech? I didn't think you could regain relics. Explaaaiiinn you need to have one of your research strains (zerg or protoss) maxed out. you gather extra research points for that maxed out strain. the more you gather, less grinding/missions you have to replay. you get 10k for each extra research point. so say you have an extra 5 zerg points. you go ahead and get that 50k. you replay any mission (liberation day is quickest and easiest) and go the the lab again. using the console will give you that 50k again (or whatever amount you received last time, depending on how many extra you got). rinse and repeat

So I was playing Smash and Grab on casual getting 3:45 minutes or so and all 4 relics and then going back and getting 80,000 each time. People who had more relics than I did were getting like 250,000 for each mission. I think liberation day might have worked too, but I was thinking getting more relics on Smash n' Grab would give more money, but actually I don't know if that's actually the case. You save your campaign while on the ship (I've only ever saved during a mission)? Does that mean you can have multiple campaigns going at once? I've always just done "continue campaign" and assumed "new campaign" cleared everything.

1) "loading and saving" for achievement purposes lets say u wanna unlock all the stuff in armory, all u need to do is to save up lots of $$ then unlock each section of the armory and get the achievement. Then Load the saved file and repeat.Your achievement WILL NOT DISAPPEAR when u do the trick. 2) the Relics $$ abuse once u have gotten 25 zerg/toss relics, the excess relics can be sold to the lab.If u need more $$ ,U can go back to those missions which have relics example: Smash And Grab, get the 4 relics and go to lab and get $$ 3) the missions $$ abuse I havent figure much yet, currently i just play liberation and go to lab after that ,still get 40K for selling relics even though that mission doesnt have relics.Liberation only takes about 2 mins.

I think the logic behind it is that when you do new missions, selling relics doesn't actually consume the relics. Example: Supposely just got 25 zerg research. The next mission gives you 3 more points in zerg research. This should net you 30,000 credits for selling the bio-samples. However, the current bug is that selling the bio-samples does not cause you to lose them. When you redo liberation day, it re-checks to see if you have samples to sell, and since you didn't lose the ones you sold before, it gives you 30,000 more credits. As you do more missions and build up more surplus, you get more and more money from doing this.

I'm redoing missions for achievements and going back to the lab after each one. I'm getting loaded lol, I got like 2 million credits with nothing to spend it on anymore.

Here is how I understand it. -Once you've exceeded 25 research points, a new counter is started for your excess points. -When you go to the lab, the number of excess points is given to you in credits, and a switch is triggered that says you traded them in. However, the number of excess points you have is still stored. -When you start a new mission, it checks to see if that switch was flipped. If it was, it resets your excess points to zero. If it wasn't, it keeps your excess points. -However, if you start an old mission, it doesn't perform this check. So when you complete the old mission (maybe even if you abort it?) you still have all of the old excess points, even though you traded them in. This lets you continue to trade them in as you do old missions. Is this correct? I can't test it right now. I'm just trying to understand the posts so far. Or is it that the third point above isn't true, and the check is simply never made?
