I get like 300-600 ping for no reason. I get mass rubberbanding issues and the game is unplayable. fucking COD skins... the worse thing is, its barely playable on community servers. All official servers suck masssssive ass while the others are meh... I also noticed that the issue progresses as the day goes on. Gave it a try early this morning to see if the issue had gone away ( got raped with it yesterday for the first time ) and it was okayish with barely any lag when I bought or swapped guns around quickly. Now its 4 pm and my guy cant even leave the fucking spawn before being taken back and I get massive lag spikes up to 600 ping. Ive been playing this since it came out a year ago w/o changing any hardware or changing ISP... fml anyone has a magic solution or are we waiting for a fix that may never come? | ||

But this 64 tick is fucking bullshit. My mind is so full of fuck after tonight. I would play ESEA too but yeah... as you said the people are shit and nobody talks and that ruins the experience haha. | ||

Its still better than matchmaking where you play cheaters on 64 tick servers every other pug that are terrible on client. | ||

More specifically, it means the server tells clients what happened 64 times every second. Unfortunately, clients display graphics and output sound based on local hit detection, whereas hits are determined by the server. So if you shoot a guy with an awp and there's blood on the wall, but he lags, often time the server will say you missed completely. This is a video which demonstrates why 64 tick is awful | ||
