Zyzz definitely did it better in form and lady (o-O). Why are you comparing everything you can do to this guy who passed away. Did you know him IRL or something?

I am still baffled how so many people in team liquid know about bodybuilding and pickup.

No, just no.
You're not carrying anything from his legacy.
Zyzz is Zyzz and nobody can compare.
It'd be selfish to think you're at his level.
You might look good, but then again so do a million others.

Wow, can't believe I heard this first on TL of all places. Zyzz was inspirational and it's sad that he's gone, I can barely believe it. He inspired many, including myself to start lifting for aesthetics.

To any ignorant posters, pre-empting from replies in other threads, do not hate because Zyzz took steroids, steroids do not cause cardiac arrest and he never lied about his use.

it all depends on one's perspective, ain't it?

interestingly you used pretty much the same two words in your first post on this topic, except you're obviously inspired by the guy. out of respect to Zyzz's passing, I'm just gonna say each to his own. stay healthy.

I can't really agree with this. Knowledge helps you use the correct form, correct nutrition, increase mobility, realize that compound movements > isolation in terms of overall growth, etc..

There are meatheads with the Jersey Shore build, sure, but you'll never be GREAT if you just blindly eat and bicep curl.

Anabolic Steroids didn't kill Zyzz.

Seriously, if you think they are unhealthy for you, you need to watch the Documentary "Bigger, Faster, Stronger."

It will literally change your opinion of steroids completely if you believe they are hurting the people who take them.

never heard of Zyzz but if he made people entertained, and died young, that sucks.

Where did I say that you don't need any knowledge at all? You are obviously missing the point of my post and you are arguing something that everyone already knows.

Knowledge itself is not the make or break point of someone getting into a decent shape. By decent, I am talking about being in the top 10% of the population. All the bodybuilding, nutrition, form, equipment knowledge that you ever need is on the internet, then why do so many people fail? Its laziness and fear of pain and hard work.

Of course if you want to be Mr Olympia you need great trainers, and a lot of knowledge since you are competing in a very small subset of people who at the pinnacle. Is like that for any sport. The more advanced you are, the more special training you will need because you need that small edge. Its like learning something new at anything. When you start out, you get massive growth without a lot of gimmicks and tricks. As you hit a plateau, the complexity of the training increases. You tell a 500 pound fat guy to lose weight, he can do nothing but jumping jacks and still lose weight. You tell someone whos at 6% body fat to lose weight, takes a little bit more since you are already on one side of the spectrum.

I agree, bodybuilding is a lot more about actually putting in the work than reading hours of programs and trainig articles on the internet. Look at Zyzz, he trained like an Idiot (no disrespect, but his spilt was laughable), but he gave bodybuilding his everything and it showed.

To the people asking about HGH it does cause inlarged organs, bones and other bodily changes like osteoporosis. HGH is developed in the pituitary and part of endocrine function, developing bones and body mass/height. The synthetic injections of HGH are very dangerous due to a spike in levels causing damage to organs and bones, as well as being manufactured in very poor conditions.
Over the counter "safe" HGH boosters are completely bullshit and please dont buy into them either. HGH is like I said produced in the pituitary and thus is located in the brain. When you digest these HGH boosters they go into your bloodstream but CAN'T cross the blood brain barrier(BBB). Thus it is clearly impossible for these drugs to actually have an effect on the body. A lot of them can have side effects such as elevated heart rate and high BP increases.
Just remember to also consult your physician before taking ANY supplements.

Honestly, on a dating website I would do that, too, if I were that ripped. Just for the irony. Hot chicks are not used to getting rejected hardcore like that. Hilarious.
