For all the people who think they know something about biochem and dont, let me clear up this steroid situation for you.
Steroids that are most commonly used are anabolic steroids. Some of these steroids actually have medicinal value and are prescribed by physicians. The problem with most people that do take steroids (not saying he did for sure) is they take a very high dosage. The only heart related issues in this case would be the increase in LDL cholesterol which is bad and a lower count in HDL, which is the good stuff. Another issue is the amount of weight he put on in the time period. He went from about 130/140 or so to 220 in 3-4 years. This can put enormous amounts of stress on the heart as well, coupled with the fact that Zyzz did no cardio in his training.
Hope this clears up some of this dumb steroid misconception shit. People dont just take steroids and die at 22, its almost impossible unless he had an adverse reaction to them. (If he did in fact take them)
pretty messed up. who the hell steals someone's clothes? -_-
also i lol at this
"Records show Mr Shavershian had spent $20,000 in Thailand according to a friend who did not want to be identified."
so is it from your records or is it from a second hand account from a friend? or do you records show there was a second hand account from a friend that he spent that much? ninemsn so crap. :/

How about HGH, tren, clen and the other types of steroids/fat burners? I know abolutely nothing about anything steroid related, but I know a lot of the guys that juice take more than just an anabolic steroid. I also know that things like HGH can cause enlarged organs, heart included, which can cause complications.
Can you clear that stuff up too?
Also, hoping he comes back on the 19th as speculated, but it's doubtful.
He had more gains in 2 years, than me in 4 years. Although I would say, I am carrying his legacy quite nicely in terms of bodybuilding, and trolling chicks in real life.
I am still baffled how so many people in team liquid know about bodybuilding and pickup.

HGH can cause enlarged organs and bones to grow abnormally which can lead to a shorter life span. That is only if you take insane amounts of HGH. Like the Top bodybuilders are all consuming about 10-20x the amount of juice the recreational user is taking and they are the ones that should have all the problems which they do get but they aren't dropping like flies like the media would have us believe.
If zyzz was not doing any cardio then he was definitely taking clenbuterol with his gear to maintain his low bodyfat%. Clenbuterol increases your heartrate and insane amount to increase your metabolism and if he was taking that with juice and then taking recreational drugs like ex or cocaine that also increase your heartrate his heart probably just couldn't cope with it especially after gaining 80 pounds in 3 years.
Steroids can kill you but only if you really don't follow the guidelines. Heck you can kill yourself just by injecting if your unlucky and stupid as hell.

you mentioned in the zyzz thread that zyzz gained more in 2 years than you did in 3-4.
mind if i ask if you used any gear/juice or just all natural (i even consider pro hormones natural while some people don't)? how much do you weigh/height/bf% by chance if you don't mind mentioning. what kind of training regiment do you do?
just wondering if someone would openly admit that especially on TL considering the crowd and how uneducated most people are on steroid use..
Someone was asking me what I took and what I do:
1. protein 2. creatine 3. NO pre workout 4. Multi vitamins 5. glucosamine/celadrin 6. BCAA
here is an old picture of my stash. I dont use some of the stuff there now. Yes, you mirin the gummy bears.
I stopped gaining in the last 2 years, been plateaued around 200 pounds @ 6 feet, my strength has gone up however. Basically getting more tapered. My routine is "Starting Strength" by Mark Rippetoe and then some other supplemental exercises. I think even though ZYZZ has a much better upper body, I probably can squat more than him. 450 at the moment. My bench is 280 and my deadlift is 480. Im at around 8-10% body fat which fluctuates. I have a fast metabolism so my diet is not strict.
Never took steroids or anything like that. The hardest thing for me was to eat enough. Thats really the key to gaining muscle. I just have a hard time stuffing my face between work and my daily schedule. Sometimes I forget.

..you should contact Rip about being the SS poster boy, if this is true. Wow. Nicely done, dude. How have you not plateaued on SS in four years?
Bodybuilding is not so much about knowledge as it is stuffing your face with food and getting your ass to the gym.
Why do you think there are so many meatheads that are successful at it? Its simply a matter of going for it. Its not the knowledge that pushes you to finish that last rep.

Those were the most motivated front squats I've ever done in my life.

Looking thick. Solid. Tight (etc...).
What's that, 79kg at 9-10% 5'10? Your physique looks like mine in the shirtless pic (although I'm 6'1 which means I have to stuff my face even more with food :>)
RIP, the vanity of the human mind truly amazes me sometimes. I don't understand why somebody would purposely push one's body far beyond the body's tolerance. There's a fine line between inspiration and ignorance.

Much like women have eating disorders, men can have body-building disorders. I'm not trying to be comedic, but it's the same principle of feeling compelled to be a certain way, feeling like you look worse than you are, excessively trying to reach an unattainable goal, phobia of doing things that would make you further from the goal...etc.
I wouldn't say vanity, but I would say it's a probability that the guy had some sort of mental issues that made him do that.
