Strong early-level harassment due to free autoattack damage from poison + impossible to chase/trade with efficiently because of Move Quick/Blinding Dart. If Singed comes up to try and farm, he eats a ton of free damage. If he tries to trade, well, he can't. If you let Singed do what he wants in lane till 6, yeah he'll be a bitch--but Teemo should have shoved Singed off the creeps by level 2/3. | ||

Warding tribrush + J brush or wraith brush means you have top covered, except for in-lane ganks through the side brushes. Also good for people like Noct (and noct only I guess?) who can jump on you. Well, they can, but in order to get into your jungle, they'd have to pass through their J-brush, which your team should have warded. From there, you can countergank them inside your own jungle. | ||
