Chapter starts off 6 years ago, in 2F Evankel's Floor after Baam's "death"
Koon is talking with the Yisoo (Isu/Leesoo < whatever) person.

Yisoo asks Koon if Rachel really tricked them (meaning Koon told him before that Rachel had tricked them)

Koon tells him yes.
Yisoo says that's bullshit, saying that she has no reason to trick them.

Koon says he just talked with Rossi, the test examiner, who said he went to treat Rachel's legs when she fainted, but her legs were 'fine'.

Yisoo then asks why she'd do that, but Koon says he has no idea.
Koon says that she might have been threatened by someone and that the head examiner knew about this. He thinks there's something between Rachel and the head examiner.

Yisoo is worried about what's going to happen since they decided to go up with Rachel.
Koon tells him to go up as it is, and that he'll make another team with Rachel.

Koon says to keep this all a secret because if found out, the team with collapse. He says he doesn't want to destroy the team that Baam wanted to protect.

Koon:
"The idea that rachel might have killed Baam is enough for me to have"
"Because it's too cruel"
"The cruelest among us should be the one to keep it"

"She's the one and only hint that the ones who killed Baam left us"
"I have no intention of letting her go that easily"

"Let's first go up the tower fastly and separate at the right time."
"I'll remain there and find a new team"

"Something that can protect and watch over Rachel"

Novik then reaffirms the fight.
Speeder says sure.
Everyone else (except Ran) forfeits.

Novik beats up Dan.

The other guys explain that Novik does this whenver a new recruit comes in just to fight Ran, to whom he lost.

Apparently Ran is in the top 5 of the E level regulars.
Then they fight, which I'm assuming Ran wins again by the looks of it.

Koon:
"*laughs*"
"You guys going to a basketball game or something?"

Black dude:
"Mr. Novik apparently ordered them from a local shopping mall"
"Though he mis-ordered 2 people's sizes..."

Someone:
"Kuhahaha- God this is so funny"

Koon:
"Kukuk... ah... that's funny..."

Novik:

Koon tells him they'll have the test in 1 month.

Koon:
