how do I re-apply to host my stream on teamliquid?

I once had the ability to do it, but it says it's disabled now.

Started playing some SC2 again after 8 years.

But I see this:

Hey All,

I've been playing SC/BW since way back in 1999 and SC2 since it came out
Its the main/only game i play (with some breaks in between for WC3 and no games breaks)

To the best of my knowledge i'm currently the oldest active/competitive player in SC2 (going on 40yrs in a couple of months)

I have recently returned to SCBW, decided to start streaming for fun...

I successfully did a twitch/stream change on TL.net and that's all good.

However, when I set my stream status to Online it ends up just going to Offline only a minute or two later. Why is this? Does anyone have any input?
