I admire people whom put many hours into their hobby and wants to share it with the community...but discrediting other people whom like you just wants to share their passion with the rest is so unforgivable. You did mention HDstarcraft (Alex) about his reputation is not "deserved" or something along the line...

I mean you can have whatever opinions but some people might be offended. Perhaps be more considerate with your remarks/opinions.

But if it was entirely meant as some sort of joke or I was mistaken, I am sorry for causing the upstir.

yes, sorry. i overused it today, you're correct about the wrong use in the moman game. in the stalker situation i have to disagree with you, since the stalker was moving in far to more damage done, which can backfire horribly --> greedy. maybe i'm wrong though, still getting better at english

oh did i say that it was not deserved? that must've been a mistake on my part. he put a lot of effort in but started to slack castingwise really hard and also seems to rest on his early beta reputation right now without really doing too much. i didn't want to badmouth him but i don't deny that i kinda dislike his casting.

wow drooL, that was not only bm, but seriously unprofessional and disrespectful to the players and imo also to the viewers. Joining Elfi vs. Select in the pokeridol tourney and then leaving in the middle of the game for another game because you like the players in that one better? Seriously, when you are casting you should leave your fanboy coat at the entrance. Disappointing.

i did explain it to elfi and i don't know what the big big deal is. i mean yeah, it is kind of disrespectful but 3k people wanted to see TLO who hasn't been competing in quite some time, so in my eyes the decision was justified.

also: i could've just waited for TLO in the bnet homescreen but i decided to catch a game to bring some entertainment, with the eyes still on the TLO game. so... yeah i guess haters gonna hate but i'm content with how it went

hope you enjoyed the cast (and it's still going on anyways).

"Sheekthief" (or w/e his name was) got a bit too tiered after a while, as did drooL. Not that I wouldn't have been after only casting TvT for like 5 hours straight.. BUT a tip is to always try to have a co-host, that might spice things up!

And also - Ditch own3Dtv tbh. Lagging and downtime every other day. Switch to anything but livestream (ie justin or ustream)! GL HF GG WP piz

Edit: Also, when the US internet obviously can't support streaming an EU game - BUT the viewers still want to see a live game - Please concider accepting my help, as I nomerous times offered to stream on my Swedish (ie European) 100/100 mbit connection and fairly capable computer (i7 quad core, 8GB memory, 2GB gfx).

PS. If you're planing on streaming replays, don't mention the results prior to actually casting the replays. Thanks!

Own3d.tv is the best choice. We used to use Ustream.tv and my computer honestly wasn't able to handle this kind of quality via FMLE. Xsplit (the program used for own3d.tv) though is well optimized for game streaming which allows me stream at the quality I do.

Sure we could use Ustream with Xsplit but then it would have a water mark and nobody would like that.

Sheek: I'm using XSplit now on my Ustream account and it is working great. But I'll have to admit that the water mark can be quite annoying at times. But I personally chose a water mark before a broke stream due to own3d.tv!

And also, I would like to add that you guys obviously are doing a great job! I'm just trying to give you feedback on how to improve. And in my previous post I simply stated that the US/EU lag issue could've been easily solved.

?? xsplit doesn't stream a watermark to ustream anymore, afaik.

anyways, own3d.tv is our base right now as we are having our VODarchives there as well. it's still a fairly new site thus a lot of downtime (especially lately) but i am sure that they do their best to have the website running as well as possible.
