People are always blaming Idra, but seriously, is Destiny better? He has like only 50 % skills of what Idra has in gameplay and has 200 % more unmature bahaviour.

Did you watch him at any point in last 2 months? Did you watch Idra? Idra BMs 75% of people he meets on the ladder (either in chat or through comments to viewers) Destiny BM only those that BM him first or have a reputation of BM and cheating.

Destiny's BM is funny, and is very relaxing watching him stream. Most of the time I find myself out of breath from laughing at the things he's doing/saying. Most people follow destiny for his personality, it doesn't matter what his skill in starcraft is, or that he's playing crisys and deus ex instead of sc. Idra's bm is meh...

Further, it doesn't make them a blind follower simply to have a different opinion than you. The fact that you don't have much substantial to say on the topic suggests that you haven't actually watched Destiny to observe his behavior first-hand for yourself. That's understandable, because not everyone remotely has the time to stay up-to-date on every single person in the entire SC2 community - obviously. But it does suggest a lack of information needed to judge someone else a "sheep." Personally, I'd encourage you to spend some time watching his stream before making a snap judgement based on information that eventually filters out to the broader community in bite-size portions. Not only might you change your mind, but you might enjoy watching him stream too. ![]()

Just yesterday he was playing protoss and bm'd everyone he lost to (which was a lot) Hell he even bm'd when his cheese failed. It wasn't even funny bm. he shot one line rage at them and left the game.

But correlation is not causation, and "most of Destiny's fans are X" is a lot different than "All of Destiny's fans are X, because they like Destiny." I don't see the direct relationship between being a fan of Destiny and having a high herp per derp ratio. But surely you don't mean to imply that a guy being pissy for some stretch of time means he's a horrible, rude human being? Or more to the point, since you've watched his stream so much: This isn't a state of mind for him, and you know it; don't be obtuse.

In my opinion, people should never bad manner even if your opponent is badmannering you.

Ensuring a fair and competitive environment within the Battle.net service is a cornerstone of the StarCraft II experience. We would like to issue a reminder that any action taken to harass or obtain an unfair advantage over other players, whether accomplished by in-game exploitation or via manipulation of the Battle.net service, may be considered a violation of our Terms of Use. Such actions are subject to penalties up to, and including, permanent suspension of a Battle.net account. If you suspect another player of exploitation, harassment, or otherwise violating our policies, please simply report the player in question to afford our support staff the opportunity to investigate accordingly. It is inappropriate to take actions of your own to address the issue, as this could lead to a separate violation of our policies. Directed at Destiny's having people spam Deezer to drop him?

I didn't watch hours of his play, but from what I saw he often badmanners. From early GG's to insulting people verbally while he has a few thousands of viewers. In my opinion, people should never bad manner even if your opponent is badmannering you. It doesn't matter what your opinion is. Its his stream, if you don't like how he behaves, then don't watch him. If you are surprised that people follow him, then so be it, but you really shouldn't be. Idra is more bm then destiny, and has probably the largest following of any SC2 progamer (except boxer perhaps). Also, if you've only watched his stream for such a short amount of time, then you don't really know how he behaves because everything you say is anecdotal.

It doesn't matter what your opinion on my opinion is. It's my reply, if you don't like how I reply, then don't read it, don't quote it. I'm not surprised that people follow him, I know that 75% of his followers are only following because he has a lot of viewers no more no less. I saw enough to know how he behaves.

If you agree with my logic, then you should not have posted. Also, if you are not surprised people are following him, you should get why they are following him. And if you think that you should be mannered regardless of the other person, why is your first post rather poor mannered?
