I feel like I'm talking to a wall. So people should never have sex/think about sex with someone they feel attracted to because it's disrespectful? That is really interesting lol. Yes normally I'd consider it very disrespectful if you have a female guest there and just think about having sex with her.

It dose not have to make sense... The scenario you are describing has happend before. I think its a bit of a stretch to call anything Steven did sexual harrasment or anything like that, but i know people have got in trouble for stuff like that. They get in trouble for sexually touching people that DONT want it and let them know that they don't. But if someone seems to be ok with it and is giving you the impression to be ok with it it is NOT sexual harrassment. Get real. People say no in different ways. Some with a fist to the face, others with words and some can't say anything to stop people. I am not trying to make Mia a victim in this or anything even remotly close to it. I am just saying that just because you think something is ok with someone as long as they dont say "no" is the wrong way of thinking. It is actually the only way of thinking. Unless someone tells you 'no' it is actually impossible for you to know that what you are doing is 'wrong'. See if I call my girlfriend honey everyday but she doesn't like that nickname, is it my fault because she never let me know? If you dont like something you have to say NO, that is even defined in law, unless you say no or implicate that you dislike what is happening in any shape or form the other person cannot be made responsible for sexual interaction. If you dislike something you have the option to walk away, push the person away or simply say no. If you don't do either of these things its not the other person's fault because if you don't do either of these things there is no way they could possibly know that you dislike it. Yea and the next time you go buy a coffee, if the person behind the counter doesn't tell you to not kill her, then jump over the counter and start brutally beating her. She never told you to not do it so she obviously is telling you to do it. Your reasoning does not work at all, stop trying to make it work, you are like an idiot kid trying to fit a square block of reason through the circular slot of reality on that stupid kids toy Killing someone really? You actually have to be a troll. Nobody is killing anybody, what the fuck? All I did was use your dumbass logic. The cashier at the coffeeshop never said no. What did I do wrong? You can't compare killing someone with touching someone's boobies. How old are you, like 12? Nevermind, I don't even think 12 year olds would think like that. I never once compared the two acts. All I'm doing is presenting another scenario where you can do something that the other person obviously consented to. They never said no, right? That is not the same. When you kill a person, you are automatically commiting a crime, therefore its self-explanatory that what you are doing is wrong. When you touch someone's tits it depends on their reaction wether or not they like or dislike it. Of course you cant just touch random people you dont know. But destiny and mia know eachother and Mia seemed to be ok with it, so there is no problem, never was, never will be, you are just stiring up some shit because you have probably never touched a girl before, so why should others, right?
This brings a lot more in to question though. Where do you draw the line? If I've known someone for X years, then Y sexual act is okay because they haven't said no?
Obviously if I go up to a random girl on the street and grab her tits, it's a crime, so at what point between complete strangers, and where Destiny and Mia are in terms of knowing each other, did that become okay?
I'm not suggesting people run every act by any partner, that would be ridiculous, but legally it is a crime unless you have clear consent.

1. You cannot compare groping to killing because killing will always be a crime 2. It was his house he had every right to drink and what not 3. Cats should have known what he was doing to destiny so it's partially his fault 4. Mia should have shut stream down when things got weird 5. Mia could have beaten the shit out of him or called the cops so destiny was not doing anything wrong, Mia's not shy and she probably understood that he was drunk out of his mind

A guy who should have known better, now knows better. Get over it ffs. Are you saying people who do things while drunk shouldn't be held accountable? It is one thing to get drunk and to drive into someone. It is something else entirely to drink to excess inside your own home in the company of friends. However, as Jinro once put it, you don't fuck over your friends. They should have not pressured him into such a scenario and should have stopped the streaming.

Read my post again you twat. I never said they are the same thing, in fact I specifically told you that I am not saying they are the same thing. If you a sober girl walks up to you, knowing full well that you're drunk, she allows you to grope her breasts multiple times, only telling you it's distracting her from texting, and sits in your lap after you beg her to, I'm very sure that any drunk person would put 2 and 17 together and come to the illogical conclusion that she wants it. Probably she wants more too.

So what if it is a complete stranger. They didn't say no before hand so according to you they consented. Grabbing someone's tits with their consent is completely legal. The stranger in his example clearly consented according to you and therefore he was ok. Once she communicates to stop he can stop but before hand she let him start.

Men's brains work perfectly fine. It's the instilled social constructs that give off the idea that it's okay to treat women like shit.

Right, but I'm asking you to tell me when the shift happens. When does it turn from being "Not okay, because it's a complete stranger," to "I know her, so I thought I would try it?"
I'm not saying what Destiny did with Mia was sexual harassment, I don't believe it was.. that being said, I do believe that there are cases where a girl is unable, for some reason, to say no, or resist, and it can still be harassment. There is a lot of abuse that comes from people not being able to say no to people.
