Anyone know what's that about?
I put a password on my stream when I am doing coaching or something else that requires someone to see my stream (for whatever reason) but the person I am conversing with does not want it shown to the public.
Sorry for the confusion!

Orb I think I gotta switch to Terran... there is just no way. I studied every unit composition, BO´s and everything you need. In 30-40% of the games against T you win, but not more. Even if I am ahead 1 or 2 expos, CC´s with saved Energy make Terran have enough income anyway.
In addition to that, I´m High Masters and due to the new ladder system I play vs Grandmaster players aswell. Those Terrans have such a good split...
It reminds me of Parting vs MKP @MLG if I remember right, where Parting had like 10 Templars with an storm, MKP ofc only MMMV, because what else does Terran need? ...and completely outmicroed every Storm.
I am really sad, you inspired me and I started streaming Protoss games, but I can´t have a good win rate against Terran. My PvP is brilliant, my PvZ is brilliant, but PvT so difficult. Lately I won against Goody, that gave me a push, but after that I was very unlucky. Always when I win against a Terran I see that they are High Masters/GM and have a good winrate, but they were bad, they played bad.
Then when I lose again, I clearly see, they were exactly like the guys I won against (what other units should they make anyway) who just didn´t make mistakes.
If T wouldn´t be T, I could reach GM, since I win against the other races. In addition to that I try to watch as many Korean PvT replays and VODS, but I see the same. If an upgrade/attack before medivac or something like that all-in doesn´t work, there is no way they come back.
The chance of winning in the very, very lategame against a ton of inbase CC´s, Nukes or Doomdrops is so little, that the switch seems reasonable for me, still I am asking for your response. I mean I play on the EU server and I beat many GM Zergs, even Top 25 Protoss since its my best MU and as I said winning Goody was really making me happy, but yeah I think I have to lose my self-confidence as Idra said who I agree with, in order to get GM.
The GM players I play against say, you don´t need to be GM, because you play against them anyway. Its true, but still beeing GM is a dream and I am so close, but probably will never reach it with P.
Greetings :S

Ah, that's ok, thanks for the info! :D I was worried that you'd quit your stream or something haha :p

All I can say is to just play what you enjoy playing.
Also if you can afford a second account it doesn't have to be a one-way decision. You could easily start picking up learning terran on the side as your off-race. This will almost definitely help your understanding of PvT, as being able to see both sides' perspective at a high level can help give you insight on the weaknesses of each race and how to exploit them.
Best of luck!

Ok thanks orb, I will do that. I just in this moment lost to another #1 Master Terran. If they make no mistakes I can´t win.
|
It's not like Terran wins easily, if Protoss makes no mistakes.

So Bisu was the correct answer. Although much respect to Stork and even Jangbi.

orb
you have a very enjoyable stream to watch. you are the only streamer who provides good music \m/ rather than dubstep or k-pop. also your commentary is insightful/hilarious. even though i am a terran player I find your stream to be better than any of the terran streams. i also respect that you tried nexus first in a PvP.
keep it up

I haven't been watching your stream since like a year ago.. But your casting has really picked up man.. I'm enjoying watching korean weeklies and other stuff alot - more so than I did before. Keep it up
I'm guessing hearing that your casting is good isn't the dream.. Kinda like telling a movie director how good the music in his movies are lol. Well not quite, but, you get the idea.
I'll catch your stream next time I see it for sure!

I still think Orb is the best SC2 caster out there. I was impressed again today by his commentating of the IPL TAC final. Orb I wish you the best of luck in getting a spot casting another big SC2 event, you really do deserve it. Keep up the great work.

Great casts today, thank you!

Orb still raging hard, albeit with less controversial language.
Hopefully he's on anti-hypertensives or something to control his blood pressure ><
|
I love the stream and I'm a regular, and being one, it would help immensly if you'd have regular streaming hours just like a TV show
|
i really like your commentary but the last few weeks i have a weird sound bug on twitch. well not on twitch in general but on your stream your voice sounds strangely robotic and stuff
|
what's the stream password?
|
he is doing something which requires someone else to see his stream but they themselves dont want othe people to see it. Prolly some form of group coaching or something
|
orb I love watching your stream but I havent seen it for a while, whats going on?
|
yeah what's up orb? stopped with sc2?
|
