Esp cause I work at a restaurant so my schedule is a bit weird. If I have a double shift I'll wake up, eat breakfast, go to work, eat lunch, between shifts eat dinner (which is early like 4:30 or 5 pm), get home late like 1am and be hungry again by then so I often eat 4 meals a day. Just can't gain weight lol | ||
