Ret vs Naniwa looks like the closest matchup, i had a hard time choosing who to pick for my bracket. Can't wait for the results.

It's his game sense and play style that make him a top player. It is unfortunate then, perhaps, that he is going to be facing the player who many (including myself) would argue has the best game sense of any SC2 player in the world. The best example of this, I think, is NesTea's game vs. Boxer in the March GSL group round. If you don't know what I'm talking about, I highly recommend buying the season pass and watching it yourself. But what happened is:+ Show Spoiler + Boxer built a refinery he never used and looked to be setting up a fast expansion when he actually was about to do a 4 rax marine plus SCV all-in. NesTea sensed it was coming and saved up larva, resources, and supply room so that he could instantly queue up 8 roaches as soon as he saw the rush was coming. He never saw anything that suggested a rush was coming, just sensed it. Sick. So yeah, I'd say Goody is just being realistic. Also, I think NesTea knows that he could easily lose if he does not prepare. I'd bet a lot that he'll hunt down every Goody TvZ replay he can find and analyze them before the match. I expect NesTea to win, but I hope Goody proves himself by giving arguably the world's best player a strong fight. If a foreigner knocks out either MC or NesTea without cheese, that would be pretty huge.

I assume you're joking, but if not, try focusing on one fairly intense mental task for 12+ hours. It is extremely draining, and my understanding is that 12 hours of practice per day is considered "light" in Korea.

It might be a similar style but they have a bit more freedom afaik.

Q: Your opponent is ESC.GoOdy, a Terran from Germany. Do you know him? How will you prepare for him? Are you confident you will win? I have no information about him. I’m worried because he’ll probably have a different style from Korean players. what? goody? noooo. accuses!
