Over the past few months our coders have been hard at work designing the PokerStrategy.com TSL webpage. At long last, it gives me great pleasure to unveil it to you all!
http://pstsl.teamliquid.net/ The website offers a number of features for you to be able to stay on top of all of the happenings in the PokerStrategy.com TSL. You will be able to watch all the of games live from the main page of the site, you will be able to find all of the results of the TSL right from the Ladder Stage right through to the latest games in the tournament, you will be able to find the complete schedule for the TSL, you will be able to find all the information about our sponsors PokerStrategy.com and over time we will be adding more features to the site.
This TSL is sponsored by PokerStrategy.com, the world's largest poker school and community. With hundreds of Poker VODs and an assortment of learning material in 18 different languages, PokerStrategy.com offers the chance for aspiring Poker players to learn from a beginner to a professional level.

Ya, should be a hype VOD until the live casts are on or there should at least be a note explaining that. Nice site!

Holy shit, that is some snazzy work.
Well done.

love the site, such a simple yet pleasing design!

Awesome work! Thx for all the effort!

Fair enough. Pity it doesn't really offer anything new yet, but the effort put into it is always appreciated.

It is meant for the more casual viewer to be a place where he can find TSL information in one place. Most of you being TL regulars will have seen the content already. Anyway big thanks to Bockit for the design! Really clean and pretty.

Lol, Day[9] and Chill is listed under "2 Lings 1 Mic"

Very cool... the website looks freakin' awesome. Who all designed it? For those who don't know all of your coders.

Hey that look so awesome, great job!
What will happen when TSL2 finishes though?
|
Downloaded silverlight without hesitation, but just out of curiosity, what makes it better than the trademark MMS stream TL has been using so far?

In short the original player we used was causing errors for an amount of people that we consider too high so we looked for better options. Silverlight is that better option.

In all seriousness TSL2 is not something that is just happening right now it is also something we want to be remembered forever. This site will continue to exist so that people even many years later can always come back and find everything there is to find concerning TSL2.

Very slick. Nice link to give to non-sc buddies.

Only when I am thinking "The coverage of the tsl should be more centralized" you come up with ... a whole dedicated site. Awesome!
|
:0 amazing. I wasn't really expecting this at all. Its a great idea and feature. Hopefully will serve for the rest of TSL's that may to come.

Looks sweet, some video or background hype music would be totally awesome.

Looks very nice, but isn't there one thing missing? the vods! (of course accessible through the news posts, but for the casual user like Nazgul said)

Cool site I liked it the little time I was on there
off topic... I just got really sad thinking how awesome tsl2 woulda have been if those abusing players didnt abuse. They were really good players who had a shot of winning =[ Sucks!!!!

Sexy. I disagree with the Silverlight choice but whatever. The format is still beautiful.

Am I the only one seeing the text kind of weirdly? (I'm assuming I am because no one else complained) I'm using Firefox 3.6:

Yes your browser is showing the text correctly.
The first of many updates to the site! You can now access TSLD from the navbar on the website!
|
Looks great. I love having all this condensed in one location, and it's especially helpful in appealing to those who aren't TL saavy.
As a side note, I must say, as others have, that the video on the front page should be noted as a live stream section, because it really comes off as a non-functioning hype video or something.

The silverlight applet is only an alternative to an external player. It plays the same mms(h) stream you can play with an external player. The advantage is that it does not depend on installed codecs, which sometimes cause problems. You can use an external player instead, if you prefer that. And since R1CH replaced the streaming software with a creation of his own, more external players should work.

No it's not showing the text correctly. It is distinctly different from how it looks to me. Especially noticeable on the word "in".
This is what it should look like I think (or at least it looks better than the one you posted imo)
