You can make a screenshot of my modnotes and reveal it here if you like, I am curious. Mod notes are essentially just collections of every warning/ban you've received, along with any notations left by moderators. Generally, you want as small a set of mod notes as possible. Only a handful have ever made it to two pages... most don't last long after that. That means we've warned/banned/notated about you over 20 times. Edit - Btw, just to give you an idea how spammy he was; I myself average 43 posts per week spread evenly across 8+ years. He averages 123 posts per week, again in a year and a half. I've been averaging 100-200 posts per week over the past 5 months. But then again, I literally spend ALL day on TL.
What do you do for a job that allows you to be on TL all day? Tech Support?

I went through his post history and damn, this guy really loves his anime image macros.

Actually, yes.
If I ban/warn someone and we have a productive discussion about it afterwards, I will often notate that the user was very open minded and receptive.
